Aspiranet Transition Age Youth Services

Building the bridge between foster care and independence

Featured Youth

Aspiranet THP-Plus helps youth in our program learn how to overcome the challenges of their childhood and take full control of their own futures. Instead of sharing statistics of success, we’d like to give you a glimpse into the individual stories of hope and triumph of adversity that our youth represent.

All of the youth featured below are current or former participants in the Aspiranet THP-Plus program. They graciously share their stories to help clear away the negative stigma of emancipated foster youth they often encounter in their day-to-day lives.

Would you like to contribute your time, talent or resources to create another THP-Plus success story? Please visit our Get Involved page to learn more about our unique opportunities to give to THP-Plus.
